Lars is a Swiss/Finnish ETH engineer that likes people. As his main gig he joins projects as a Leadership Co-Pilot and runs his own company LUDENSFABER Innovation Leadership.
He co-founded Relai, one of Europe's leading Bitcoin startups with over $1b trading volume.
Based on his intense innovation trainings, he authored Perfect Pitch (2024). Select content is now part of the curriculum for 60’000 vocational students to lay the foundation for entrepreneurial thinking.
He is a paragliding tandem pilot (with pro license) and lives with his family near Berne, Switzerland.
